SHIPPING POLICY
What You Need to Know
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Velvet Temptations! We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times
Processing time is the time that I am working on creating, mixing, filling, and packaging your order. Processing times typically take between 1-5 business days for regular cosmetics, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Wholesale Processing and Delivery Times
Gloss containers are made to order. Please allow at least 7-14 days of processing time. Orders may go out sooner, but some orders may take longer. All Sales are Final. There are NO refunds or exchanges.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customer Fees and Import Taxes
Velvet Temptations is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

To all clients: We are a small business and process orders in the order they are received. We are not a warehouse or factory and do not have excessive storage of our products.

Velvet Temptations LLC and its affiliates, Velvet Temptations LLC Cosmetics, Velvet Temptations LLC Apparel, Velvet Temptations LLC Fragrance/Perfumes, and Velvet Temptations LLC Accessories has numerous new and current clients that we create or design for. Please keep in mind we receive orders on a daily basis and there are other individuals that are ordering our products at the same time as you. Please allow an ample amount of time for us to process and complete your order.

We do have the right to refuse service to any individual that is being difficult, irate, or disruptive.

***Please allow an estimate of 3-10 business days for your order to be fully processed and shipped. Depending on the items ordered you may receive your order sooner than our current turnaround time. We make sure our products undergo a thorough quality control check before shipped to our clients. We want to assure each of our clients receive the best product(s) possible from us.

Velvet Temptations LLC and its affiliates, Velvet Temptations LLC Cosmetics, Velvet Temptations LLC Apparel, Velvet Temptations LLC Fragrance/Perfumes, and Velvet Temptations LLC Accessories items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Once your order has shipped, the client should receive shipment of order by estimate 2-7 days depending on your location.

We currently SHIP ONLY in the USA and Canada!

All clients are responsible for domestic and shipping fees, taxes, and any custom fees associated with shipment upon delivery. We will not be responsible for loss of packages due to mail carrier/courier. We are not responsible for any uncontrollable circumstances that may occur during shipping. If any issues that occur during shipment or delivery, the client will need to contact the UPS, FedEx or USPS mail courier.

Currently, our shipping fees are based on USPS standard shipping rates, which is the most affordable shipping option for our clients compared to other shipping services. Shipping fees vary depending on what items you order, how many, the weight and size, as well as your delivery location. Please keep in mind shipping rates can change based on these factors (listed above). We try to provide the best low price shipping. Please make sure to review how your products are being shipped to choose the best option for you. Once your order is dropped off to the post office it is no longer in my possession or control. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow at least 2-3 business days for the tracking to update.

Velvet Temptations LLC operates Monday-Saturday. Emails may not be monitored on Sunday.

RETURNS
How It Works
With the health of our customers in mind, at this time ALL SALES are FINAL. We DO accept cancelled orders BEFORE your order has been shipped, once the item has shipped it becomes a FINAL SALE. PLEASE make sure you are wanting to purchase before you place your order.

Please keep in mind that some or all of our cosmetics/apparels are custom-made/handmade. We make sure that the description of our items is very detailed. We provide accurate cosmetics, apparel, and accessories specifications. The photos you see of our products are exact items you will receive. We have personally taken each photo of our items so you can see up close and personal what you will receive once you order our products. We include photos of all angles. PLEASE make sure to read the description and view our photos.

Please keep in mind that our products such as ALL lip cosmetics (lip gloss/lipstick/lip tint/ lip oils), and bath and body products (sugar scrubs, foot scrubs, lip scrubs, body butters, lotions, body wash, body sprays/perfumes) are handmade. It is recommended that you test products on a small area of skin if you are concerned about any reactions. Velvet Temptations LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues that may occur.
We practice safe disinfecting and sanitizing procedures. The health of our clients/customers is our number one concern and we ensure that you are getting a quality and safe/clean product.

***Lip Gloss may have air bubbles. Due to pressure of the stoppers, gloss may have risen up and filled tips of squeeze tubes. All lip glosses are filled to its limit. We guarantee ALL glosses are new and unused.***

All sales are FINAL. We only accept returns for incorrect product items shipped. Please make sure you are putting the right address in full at checkout. If a package is returned to Velvet Temptations due to insufficient information, you will be responsible to cover the re-shipping fee.

In the unlikely event a product arrived damaged,

Clients must notify us via email within 48 hours after the delivery date.

The items ordered must not be altered in any way such as washed, worn, used, missing tags/labels or not in their original packaging.

Customers must include photos of the issue and screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc) is not available, we will refund the full retail price.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE DUE TO A CLIENT'S ERROR OR LACK OF CARE FOR ITEMS. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION SECTION FOR OUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. MMS Disclosure: The Program will send SMS TMs (terminating messages) if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
Our Disclaimer of Warranty: The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
Participant Requirements: You must have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions.
Age Restriction: You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so.
